The first thing I do is compare your home with comparable homes that have sold in the last 90 days. This will help us determine what buyers are paying for similar homes in today’s market. This report is called a CMA or Comparative Market Analysis. After the CMA has been completed I would need to preview your home to come up with a final estimation of value.

- Recent sales and listings from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in your area.
